Who we are

Kenneth and Beatrice founded NOAH’S ARC in 2008. Along with being the founders, they are also the executive directors of NOAH’S ARC and Joy Christian School.

About NOAH’S ARC

NOAH’S ARC is a Christian based NGO/CBO operating in Kyenjojo District, Mid-Western Uganda. It focuses on implementing program’s aimed at fighting and eradicating hunger, poverty, illiteracy, and exposure to preventable diseases to all unconditionally without basing on their religion, race and political affiliation. It started in November 2008 and got registered in November 2009 (KCD 00952) as a community based organization operating in Kyenjojo District and the surrounding after realizing that the majority of the population in Kyenjojo District live below the poverty line and is thus exposed to hunger, poverty, illiteracy and preventable diseases.

Our Objectives

  • To help orphans and vulnerable children access education and live in a conducive environment
  • To promote agriculture in Kyenjojo and surroundings so as to enhance income generation
  • To promote peace, human rights and engaging in conflicts resolutions at family levels
  • Promotion of spiritual growth among the community members
